Welcome to the Spring Semester at Renaissance. Our first week of classes is now
underway. For members taking classes on campus, please enjoy coffee, tea or water—it
can be found in the kitchen across from the RI offices, from 8:45 AM-12:30 PM. We ask
for a donation of one dollar a day, with refills included (please no coins). There is
usually also small array of snacks – donations of baked goods or fruit are always
welcome.

Upcoming Events:
Feb 18 WEDNESDAY, 5:30 PM in Doyle Hall: Member Get-together & Dinner. Due to
the weather challenges, February dinner at Doyle will be postponed from the second to
the third Wednesday of this month.

FEB 25 WEDNESDAY at 12:00 noon in FIC003: Song Circle. R. I. Members and guests join
in singing and dancing along with some well-known pop and folk songs from the 60’s,
70’s, and 80’s. Bring your lunch, bring a friend or two, and join in the fun!

Fransen if you are interested in making soup. Everyone is invited to bring desserts.

Notices and Reminders:

Birthday Corner: Check out the bulletin board for our new birthday corner. And wish
your fellow members a great day on their special day.

Getting to Know One Another: Please remember to wear your name badge while at RI
so that we can become familiar with both your face AND your name!

Keeping Everyone Healthy: We ask that anyone with a cough please cover up, mask, or
stay home if sick, to avoid inadvertently spreading colds or other conditions throughout
our vulnerable community. Note that we continue to have face masks available at the
kiosk for your convenience.

Shared Classroom Courtesy Reminder: Please remember, we share our rooms with
other NDMU Community members, so if we rearrange furniture we need to put it back
where it originally was and if we make a mess, especially after lunch, we need to clean
up after ourselves.
