Weekly Announcements for the Week of April 14 – April 16, 2026

Below is a list of events happening in Renaissance now and in the near future.

Upcoming Events:

APRIL 15 WEDNESDAY: Tomorrow is the last day to vote for Council members! This year there are four candidates for three open Council positions for three-year terms
(2026-2029). Please take a few moments to vote for your RI Council members by clicking this link.

APRIL 16 THURSDAY: Members will be invited to give feedback on their spring 2026 courses in a brief survey. Be on the lookout for survey links from the RI office. The surveys will be due on April 30.

APR 29 WEDNESDAY at 12:00 noon in FIC003 - Bluegrass Concert. Bring your lunch, bring a friend or two and join in the fun!

MAY 1 FRIDAY from 1:00 – 3:00 pm in Doyle Formal: End of Year Program. All are invited to come and bring desserts. RSVP in the RI office at FIC or at DINNERATDOYLE@gmail.com. Eat lunch at home, dessert at Doyle!

Notices and Reminders:

The Summer in the City deadline for submissions has passed, but the committee continues to accept new events, going forward. The catalog is still being assembled and will be published by April 24. Members will receive copies as an email attachment, and the catalog will be posted on the www.renmember website, as well. Sign-ups for events begin after the catalog is published. After that, new submissions will be announced, via email, and added to the online catalog. Thank you to our generous sponsors – and to Jenny Heinlein for her support!
