Announcements February 27 and February 29

Below is a list of events happening in Renaissance now and in the near future.

Welcome to the Spring Semester at Renaissance Institute!

Upcoming Events:
MAR 5 Tuesday at 12:30 in FIC 003: Free lunch soup & bread gathering. All are invited to attend this event of food and fellowship. There will be vegetarian and gluten free items. All are invited to bring contributions for the desert table. See you there!!!

MAR 14 Thursday in the hallway by the office: PIe Day. Bring us a pie! Come and eat pie! It's the
best morning of the semester!!!

MAR 19 Tuesday and MAR 21 Thursday: SPRING BREAK. Classes are not held during this week, and the RI
office is closed. RI staff are on vacation with no access to email or voice mail.

TBA: Town Hall Meeting, originally scheduled for February 27, has been postponed. Keep an eye on future announcements for a rescheduled date.

Notices and Reminders:
The CURRICULUM COMMITTEE needs you! Consider teaching a course for the fall semester. If you have
an idea to discuss first, please don't hesitate to contact us. Proposal forms are available on the
remember website and are due by March 15. Thanks, Terry and Kathleen

The SUMMER IN THE CITY (SIC) COMMITTEE has met and we’re excited to start planning. It’s often at
these outside events that friendships blossom. Prospective hosts, please check the renmember.com website for submission information and send your events to risummerinthecity2@gmail.com. THANK YOU!

There is a box for RI COUNCIL nominations on the snacks table in the hall, along with forms. Please submit nominations (with the permission of the nominees.)

Reminder about our room usage: The rooms we use in FIC and Fourier are shared with NDMU. Please make sure that each room is returned to the same configuration in which you found it after your class or other event.
